Rim Country Pain Services was founded in 2012 by Suzanne Morse, MSN, APRN, CPE, RN-BC.  After relocating from Kansas City to form her own Pain Medicine Practice.   She is a nurse practitioner who specializes in the treatment of various types of pain.  She is certified in Pain Management and Pain Education. Special interests to her include: headaches, cancer pain, cancer related pain, and end of life symptom management.  She also treats patients with chronic spine pain, myofascial, joint pain, surgery related pain, and neuropathy.

She has over 15 years of experience in pain management after graduating from The University of Kansas Medical Center with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 1997.  In 2006 she graduated with her Masters of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Kansas Medical Center.  Prior to forming her own practice in Northern Arizona, she worked as a Pain Medicine Nurse Practitioner for an Interventional Pain Management Practice with Anesthesiology Chartered in Kansas City.  She also did team pain management consulting for Crossroads Hospice.

Her commitment to managing pain has prompted her to share her vast knowledge and skills by lecturing and teaching others.  She has also been selected to serve on  the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s  expert panel in Pain Management in Washington, DC.
